Spraying a new bedliner usually requires 3 to 5 gallons of material per bed, depending on the size of the bed and if it is over or under the rail. The spraying itself usually takes about 2-3 hours, but we ask that you drop your truck off with us the night prior to the liner installation so it can be inspected and left inside overnight to keep the surface to be sprayed dry and clean.
